Senior SEO Specialist

As a Senior SEO Specialist at Rating Design, you will own organic growth strategy across client websites. You will lead technical SEO, content planning, and performance reporting while mentoring junior marketers and partnering closely with design and development teams.

• Plan and execute SEO roadmaps covering technical, on-page, and off-page opportunities.
• Audit websites for crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, and indexation health.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce search-informed page experiences.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; present clear monthly performance insights.
• Stay current with search algorithm updates and translate findings into action plans.

• 2 Years+ of hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder reporting skills.
• Comfort working remotely with async updates and weekly syncs.
• A portfolio of campaigns or case studies that demonstrate impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• SEO certifications or continuous professional learning is a plus.
