2. About Rating Design Agency

Rating Design Agency is a creative and digital agency based in Jaldhaka, Bangladesh, providing brand identity, graphic design, UI/UX design, web design, mobile app design, digital marketing, SEO, and virtual assistant services to clients globally.

3. Services

3.1 Service Agreement

All services are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal accepted by the client. Services begin only after written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit (typically 50% of total project value).

3.2 Scope of Work

The scope of each project is defined in the project proposal. Any changes, additions, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will notify you before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 50% of the total project value is required before work begins
  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final file delivery
  • Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur a late fee of 2% per month
  • Currencies: Payments accepted in USD, BDT, and other major currencies
  • Methods: Bank transfer, bKash, Wise, PayPal, and other agreed methods

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables and intellectual property rights for custom work created specifically for the client are transferred to the client.

5.2 Portfolio Rights

Rating Design Agency reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.

5.3 Third-Party Assets

Stock images, fonts, icons, and other licensed third-party assets used in projects are subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with these licenses after project delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure they have rights to any content, images, or materials they provide
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Not share proprietary processes, templates, or tools provided by Rating Designs with third parties

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before project commencement.

8. Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates agreed upon in the proposal. Delays caused by late client feedback, scope changes, or force majeure events may extend the timeline. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
